The structure of the combined stainless steel water tank, Taigangda Stainless Steel will provide you with a detailed explanation of the internal structure of the stainless steel water tank

The combination stainless steel water tank is composed of standard module stainless steel plates stamped out, and modules of different thicknesses are welded and assembled in the factory or on site according to different three-dimensional structural design parameters.

1. Stainless steel channel steel:

The general practice is to have a spacing of 1m between the horizontal and vertical channel steel of the channel steel base, which results in a difference in overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity of the channel steel frame. However, in our company, the spacing between the horizontal and vertical channel steel is 0.5m, and all connections are fully welded to ensure a stable foundation and high strength.

 

2. Stainless steel base plate:

The general practice is to use folded plates for the bottom plate, which are placed upside down on top of the channel steel. Due to the 1m spacing between the channel steel, the folded edges of the floor under the load state (filled with water) are in an unstable state due to the compression of the bottom plate, causing outward bending and deformation, resulting in unevenness of the bottom plate and overall deformation of the water tank. Our company uses a formed flat bottom plate placed on top of 0.5-spacing channel steel, which is stable and does not deform.

 

3. Stainless steel stamping plate:

The stamping module diagram of the water tank is divided into standard blocks of 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500, and 500 × 500.

 

The four sides and top plate of the combined water tank can be assembled by modules. Here, we will focus on introducing the bottom plate, channel steel structure, and material selection of the lower water tank. These factors have a great impact on the deformation of the entire water tank. Therefore, in the design and installation of the water tank, the stability and overall strength of the foundation should be ensured first.
